We’ve made it, we have reached the top 5 of Chichi Furniture’s Top 20 Fabulous French Pics.
In at number 5 and Spring Ready is a gorgeous ‘Parisian’ Chest of Drawers, adding that splash of colour and oodles of charm to this beautiful bedroom.
A stunning feature against an empty wall, the delicate curved shape and rustic wood top softens the overall look of the room, whilst remaining a stylish addition and brining out the colour in the cushion on the bed, pulling the scheme together.
Well today the weather is not too bad, but generally this week has been a write off and I would rather have been tucked up having duvet days, waiting for the summer to arrive! But, that not being possible, we bring you the next best thing – a room to indulge in.
This stunning room is perfectly balanced, with delicately curved furniture and soft tones for that touch of elegance and warmth, the low hung chandeliers showing off the glamorous silver furniture to perfection. This room is pure understated chic – the ideal place to waste away those rainy cold days.
Hello there and welcome to number 9 of Chichi Furniture’s Top 20 Fabulous French Pics.
Devine Nine is all about starting your day like a princess, sat at our gorgeous ‘Alice’ Silver Dressing Table.
In the picture below it’s as if the corner of this room was made specifically for this piece, the beautifully curved frame with hand carved detailing fills the space, but does not look over-imposing. Silver is an elegant, sophisticated colour, but is not heavy or over bearing, in this room it stands out as a real feature against the stylish dark carpet, blind and upholstered stool. The light coloured walls keep the space open and light, allowing the dressing table to take centre stage.
Perfection, wouldn’t you agree?
Well here we are, 2016 and its back to work, but first and foremost Chichi Furniture would like to wish you all a Happy New Year and may it be a good one.
So to kick of 2016 we have conveniently landed on number 10 of Chichi Furniture’s Top 20 Fabulous French Furniture Pics and what better way to start the year than with a touch of Silver Style with this beautifully opulent hand carved Bed.
I love how it dominates the space without being too over-imposing, perfectly contrasting against the elegant wooden floor and blending into the luxurious silver/grey decor.
Morning everyone. Well we are in December and if you’re anything like me you’ll be fully submerged in Christmas preparations and worrying about how our home is going to fit everyone in for a large over indulgent dinner!!
Beautifully upholstered with a stunning silver leafed frame, elegantly curved legs, gorgeous hand carved detailing and of course two larger chairs either end for the King and Queen of the house !
Just a few little words to describe Chichi Furniture’s Friday Feature!!
I thought it fitting on a Friday, after a long week to choose ‘Beds’ as our Friday Feature.
Bedrooms are that sacred place. A place to relax and unwind and catch up on that ever so needed sleep. So, having a comfortable bed is essential, but you don’t want it to look imposing and awkward in your room. Which is why Chichi Furniture’s exquisite range of beds are not only comfy, but beautifully hand crafted to ensuring that ‘wow’ factor. Like the below stunning upholstered sleigh bed (as featured in ‘The Only Way is Essex’), elegant and stylish, in a soft timeless ivory to create that restful haven.
The console table – a small understated piece, that has versatility on its side;
Here’s just a few ideas from Chichi of how this beautiful French piece can be the ideal addition to your home;
Flower table, hallway table, small vanity, bathroom unit with fluffy towels beneath, kitchen unit with storage baskets underneath, lamp table and tea table for lounge;
Happy New Year from Chichi, we hope you had a great Christmas.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I always hit January with my head spinning with goals, ambitions and resolutions, many of which often don’t happen, unless some sort of magic dust is tipped over me on January 1st, it really is no different to the day before.
But, we can start off on the right foot and inject some new style and colour into our homes, by adding a transformative feature piece of furniture to rooms we feel have lost that welcoming spark.
Jan/Feb is such a dark, damp and dingy time of year, so fight back, grab a paint brush, add some colour, make your lights brighter, add lamps and then that key piece to lift the room ready for spring.
